At this mooment i am working on getting new traction bars for my 91 integra ls and i am looking for one that will be able to still have the front motor mount for the tranny i couldnt find post yet of talk on traction bars but if any one can help me with name of companys that have the front mount i can still us let me know
innovative /thread. ill explain in a bit just playing ps3 lol
I’m running the K tuned traction bar and it does have the front mount
I just looked k tund bars not bad now how does the radiator seat with them does it need brakects made or does it come with som?
I heard that the mounting of the motor mount doesnt line up correctly ?
this is the innovative and ill explain the reasons its one of/is the best
the radius rods are a single hiem, the ef/da chassise has a lca thats not supported from the back like the eg/dc
the dual hiem promotes the lca to move alot more than the single hiem
also the bracket that the hiem bolts to is slid over the traction bar and then welded. there are many bars that just have them welded on… when those welds fail the radius arms are free to do whatever it likes… and thats not good
i ran one of these with my boosted hatch and just made a bracket for the front mount but you can buy them also
if you dont wanna go thru the trouble of running a front mount you can get a semi solid rear mount as it deals with the torque
i dont have stuff to make a bracket i like the k tuned set up so far what i looked up
yeah i only made it because i thought it came with the bracket, you can buy them of course. either way ive seen good reviews for tunes and innovative. imo the k tuned sits to low for my liking
when i boost ill be using an innovative again
If you dont mind me asking what is your da set up for i setting my car up for auto cross so i am not seating to low to the ground. Just right now i only runing stock b20 i am working on my suspension/breaking before i go into the motor

Were would i find the bracket?
it says its made for its front mount, i would do that anyways. in my boosted setup i ran stock side mounts so the car would vibrate then semi solid front/rear mount so when the engine wanted to torque it couldnt
i can only go off of my experience here but for us guys with the non supported LCA the single hiem design is the best way to go
I have an Innovative traction bar with all four Innovative 95A mounts. My front bracket does not line up correctly. I need to get my fabricator to break the welds and move it over just a smidgen. It does not hang low like most other traction systems on the market. It mounts the same as the factory setup. K-Tuned mounts in the factory spots as well as where the factory front tow hooks are bolted. Not sure if it helps with support or not. Seems like a little more hassle to me. The cross beam is a hollow tube that some may find to be a long term problem with rust. You can probably buy plugs from Home Depot if you are that concerned with water getting in.
k-tuned has some u bolts they sell on their site to mount the radiator.you can also cut off the stock mounts and weld them in up a new position
They do come with u bolts you can mount the radiator to, it gives you the freedom to mount a civic radiator if you want.
