i noticed a small puddle under my car and i can see some tranny fluid drpping from my car now… i just changed both axles…im really tired of this since some of you read my axle woes thread… if the passenger axle is in why would there be any fluid leaking now??
oh yea the fluid is leaking from where the passenger axle goes into the tranny
perhaps its not pushed in all the way? might need a few bangs
im pretty sure its in there good… im thinking it may be the axle seal im reading about as i searched just now… OR the wrong side axle is in there? hopefully its the axle seal but either way ill have to take apart the axle again… frick!
that happened to me before after an axle replacement. ended up being the axle seal.
I guess you didn’t put new seals on when you did the axels? Be sure to lube up the new seals after you put them in.
yea i ordered in the seal through acura and it should be here tomorrow… the leak is really slow and isnt too bad… itll be ok for a couple more days… thanks for all your help guys…
