Tranny Problems

My car won’t go into 1st
Its fine when I’m rolling but if I come to a complete stop and take it out of gear it won’t go back in unless I turn the car off put it in gear then start it again

Also If I redline in 2nd and shift to 3rd (with the clutch stomped to the ground) It grinds and misses. 1st to 2nd, 3rd to 4th and 4th to 5th are fine

Why !!!

tranny problem

Sounds like your clutch needs adjusted. It’s not disengaging all the way.

might have to change the clutch. throw out bearing may b a little worn
