i dont know whats wrong with my transmission. Everytime i shift to fifth gear it jumped back in neutral while driving.Can anyone help me with this… I have to know whats wrong with it???

quick solution-change your tranny fluid (try syncromesh (friction modified if you can get it) or any friction modified gear oil suited for your tranny)–this might help no promises…
expensive solution-rebuild your tranny and possibly upgrade your syncros
first gear to fourth gear is fine…jus the fifth gear that jump back to neutral

… like he said, your synchros are shot.
Time to rebuild it.
