Im Hosting a BBQ on TREASURE ISLAND and i would like to invite our fellow Integra owners of G2IC to join us
Ok we are having a Traditional Style Treasure Island BBQ and Meet this year. What we hope for is that everyone that participates will be able to donate something to this event to make it easier on all of us.
The Date will be June 26th 2010
The Location Avenue b And 4th street Treasure Island Ca
Time will be from 12:00 noon to 5:00pm
What we need is listed below Please state in your post what you will be able to bring. Actually if two people bring the same thing that’s OK because we need a little more to make sure there’s enough but please make sure its not 1 through 3 we dont need 3 BBQ pits LOL. But please try to make sure everything is covered in this list.

5, Lettuce 2 heads, Tomato about ten, Cheese 4 packs, 2 large white onions, 2 bottles of pickles -
Hamburger Buns about 5 packs, Hot dog Buns 5 packs,

Napkins 2 packs, Paper Plates about 100 plates, Plastic silverware enough for at least 50 people

12.Some type of Caned Sodas at least 72 sodas that’s three 24 packs
Now here’s an idea the 99cents only stores sell all the buns, plates, silverware, napkins, cheap sodas, a lot of the produce hot dogs, and cheese and MAYBE the BBQ sauce, mayo, and mustard. everything else will have to be picked up somewhere else so this saves a lot of money right here
So if you want to be part of the Treasure Island 2010 BBQ and Meet fell free to add yourself to the list and we can have one hell of a BBQ.
