Trunk Holes

what can i buy to plug the holes in my trunk after i took off tail?

If by tail you mean the spoiler… you can use several things.

Tape - I hear electric tape works wonders, get a color to match your car.

Bondo - 'Nuff said.

Small rubber plugs - Effective yet ugly.

Filler plates - The proper way to do it via welding/grinding/repainting.

Unless you get copious amounts of rain where you live, filling the holes is really not something that you should worry too much about. The side holes will drip into the normal drain paths, and I hear there is a drain path for the middle one too, though I’m not convinced since with my spoiler off I collect water in my hatch… I do get heavy rain when it rains though.

tanks. i serched the oter posts on tis and nobdy has fund the corect plug. do you no where i get the right one?

All you have to do is use a screw driver (phillips) and knock them in. Grind them down to metal and put bondo on them. Sand them smooth, primer and paint.

when you knock them in with a screw driver it makes the surface area bigger so the bondo will stick even when you sand it back down.

The small ones on the side has a route for the water to exit but the one in the middle will go straight into the trunk. I used electrical tape for the middle one, just until I can get the hatch painted.

so ther 5 hole? 2 on each side n 1 middle? okay tank you.

That is correct. 2 on each side and 1 in the middle.
