So I recently bought a 90 4dr, and Im just trying to fix all of the little annoying things wrong with it, one that I cant figure out is the trunk springs or torsion bars. There was only one laying in the trunk when I got the car, Im thinking there should be two by looking at it, and I dont know how it goes on. The trunk is heavy and Ive already gotten a couple knots on the back of my head from it slamming shut. Help me out!
Sweet, just gotta get that other bar. I wonder if its possible to put them on without getting that tool or taking the trunk lid off?
Anybody done this without the tool? I went and got the new bars, but I dont really want to take the trunk/hinges/rear deck off if I dont have too.
