Trying to isolate a hesitation/random bad start issue.

Ok lately the car has been running pretty good. There is just a few minor things to get worked out.
Lately when I press the gas after shes warmed up she seems to just bog and not have much power. Also sometimes after I start it, after its warmed up, the RPM’s will just crash and the car will run like total crap for a few seconds then straiten itself out.

Let me also say that I have recently replaced these things with brand new OEM (Honda) parts.
Complete distributor plugs and fairly new wires. BRAND NEW Idle Air control Valve (cost a damn fortune!). ECT sensor. My O2 sensor is still fairly new and everything looks to be timed correctly. New Vacuum hoses on everything.
No computer codes.
Fast idle valve is the old one but it is adjusted and seems to work just fine.
Car does not overheat, no head gasket issues.
Checked mechanical timing and it is correct.
New Wix fuel filter.
Recent oil/filter change
Tranny fluid pink as it should be no smells.

The only other thing I can think of is Today after it warmed up I started driving it and hit the gas and there was nothing but a hollow engine sound for a second. Then if felt like something started working and I got power back. Opened hood and I smelled gas vapors but It smelled like old smelling gasoline. Looked at all my hoses and connections and there is no gas leaking from anywhere.
Any ideas people?
I have no idea what else to look at.

Anyone?

Nobody might have a clue?
It happens after the car is been driven and warmed up good. I turn it off for a while and go to start again 10-30 minutes later
it either starts slowly or starts and makes this stumble.

hi have you checked spark plugs for oil, fuel if there is it will be your valve cover rings they maby leaking causing the spark to flood have you checked if that fuel filter is wright don’t know of the one you have but some have a valve so fuel can only go one way and if thats backwards you willn’t be getting the fuel you require even more so if its a b16a. personaly id go get myself a vacume gauge and hook that bad boy up as you can solve so many issues with one theres a few sites that teach you how to read them properly…PEACE

Fuel filter is new and hooked up correctly.
No oil on spark plugs.
The only thing is that sometimes there is a VERY heavy fuel smell coming out the Evaporative Canister. Only on days that are pretty warm. Last time the engine seemed sluggish there were fumes coming out the bottom hose on it. Not just any gas smell either. Like an old junkyard gas smell if u know what I mean. I have tested the Evaporative Solenoid and it checks fine when tested cold and warm. When its cool there is no fuel smell at all coming out it.
Should I go ahead and spend the 100 bux for a new Vapor Canister? Would that be what is causing the hesitation?

What is your fuel pressure?

Have you checked the PGM-FI Main Relay?

Have you checked the TPS? 94

Relay is good no problems with it.
TPS is getting tested as soon as I get an ohm meter.
Fuel pressure will be checked soon as well.
