My car is running TurboEdit, and 2 weeks ago the distributor died, the car sat and the alarm killed the battery. i replaced the distributor and jumped the car and it cranked and cranked but no start. not even a sputter. im wondering if somehow someway the ecu lost the tune.
try plugging in another ecu, and see what that does…
maybe you installed the distributor incorrectly? turn the rotor 180 degrees, put it back in and see what happens. it is very doubtful that your ture could have been lost like that. only an emp or fire would be able to erase a rom chip
ECU was tuned with 450cc injectors. dont know anyone with an ecu tuned for a setup like mine.
you cant install a b series distributor 180 out. the tabs on the rotor and cam are off center.
but anyway thanks for the replies, problem was solved the timing belt on the intake cam jumped a couple of teeth. really lucky she didnt blow up.
something like this happened to me before. The chip somehow stopped working correctly. I burned another chip and the car ran fine after.
