Turbo mags old project car. Saw this thing on ebay. Guess that project was never finished. 
I was following this build back in the day. It used to be the NOS blue one on the cover long time ago.
I thought they gave that car away when it was finished. I would look it up for the answer, but I just threw out all of my Turbo mags . Never was a fan of the paint job.
