I got a ticket today for “failing to use turn signal” when in fact I did use them especially because I saw the cop behind me. The problem is the turn signals are not to bright in the day time and are hard to see. Can I fight this? I’m fair with the law and I plead guilty when it is my fault, but this time it’s not. I did put my signals on.
Are your turn signals modified? If so, return them to stock form, document it and take that to court when you contest the citation. Plead your case as to why you were ticketed and show the steps you took to remedy the situation, more likely than not, they will drop the ticket.
