It pretty much comes down to the car your putting the engine in
For a 90-93 integra you need that one or the b17 one for the p/s a/c and alternator
As you’ve stated earlier you only need alt so any oem b series crank pully would work (88-01)
But if your trying to keep it matching numbers all stock go find the pr3 part
so any pulley will work?!?! or would i need to change my alternator as well?

you are not making any sense man… if i could use any pulley they would cross reference, but the only pulleys that show usable are for the b17a1 and b16a1 which you cannot buy at a US honda dealer, also it has the same part number as the b17a1. the belt style changed after 94, so how would any pulley from a b series work if the belts are different without changing the alternator to the style of the pulley
The only thing that changed in 94 is the p/s all the rest are the same
