Okay so will a Type R head on a B18 block with gsr pistion and rods work?

yes it will work bro if you have gsr pistons you good all you need is the lsvtec conversion and you good

if you’re going to go that route, upgrade your rob bolts, and bearings, so that it can rev like a true vtec

Thanks guys, wanted to make sure, and for anyone who Would be into it my bud works at O’reillys he sad I can order a whole reman Type R head for 500, but he said it does not come with a valve cover.
