Type r intake manifold in B16a

Gonna swap out my stock for a type r I take manifold want to know what I have to do about the map sensor and the vacum hoses??

You don’t have to do anything about the map sensor if you use your stock throttlebody.

Then the vacuum lines stay the same… one feed to the PCV, one to the brake master cylinder, one to the FPR, like the stock routing.

You might have to change a few small things, but use your head… examine how it is, stock, and think of how you can duplicate that using the new manifold. It’s easy.

Going to be using type r throttle body which has map sensor on top. Do I just have to cut and extend my my map sensor??

yes just extend the map sensor wires

Yep, the stock harness needs to be extended by about 4-5".

And, naturally, you need the 94+ style MAP sensor.

What about fuel injectors? Use the stock b16a

Yes, use your existing injectors.
