im thinking about gettin type r style seats, but because of the automatic seatbelts i dont know how i would go about mounting the seatbelt retractor to the new seat.
can som1 please enlighten me because i know it can be done.

I have the recaro reclinable buckets in my DA9, with mugen 4 point harnesses. The car used to have the automatic seatbelt thingy on the door, it doesnt work anymore, it just stays in one spot, but i bought the car that way so im not sure how to do it, but obviously it can be done.
On the lower rear drivers side door panel (Behind the driver seat) is a small square. Inside that square is blue plastic surrounding a bolt type hole. In your tool set that came with the car is a wrench that fits in the hole. Stick the tool in the hole. hehe…Then turn counter clockwise to adjust.
they bolt to weapon R brackets. Is the answer.
weapon R seat bracket are the only one that will work with those kind of seats… i have a set
so the seatbelt retractor that sits next to your right hip (drivers side) will bolt on to a weapon r seat bracket? do the weapon r brackets bolt directly to DAs or do they need to be modified?

Correction, Wedge Engineering brackets will also fit. Which I have with my Recaros
will they fit with a generic seat? because im not sure if the type r style seats have the same fitting as recearos
ok guys i got a question i tryed finding the weapon r seat brackets on ebay but they seem to only have the ones for the DC integra’s any chance someone could help me find them, thanks

I have JDM ITR black Recaros in my car and wanted to know if these brackets will bolt up to the Recaro seats and the sliders.
nope, i tried to do that with the recaro seats (red), it doesnt fit at all
Thank you for preventing me from doing a 100.00 mistake. I have the seats in my car but one of the holes do not line up so I wanted the correct bracket to have bolted down the right way.
are there any black leather seats that bolt right on??
91integraracer : I thought GSR/GS’s had a leather option… And seeing as they came in our car factory - I would assume they’re direct bolt on.

fits. kinda surprised that u haven’t noticed other threads or anything where ppl get leather seats from them. some LS specials also had leather too
