how bad would a 600 watt us acoustics amp outpound my 600 watt jensen?
I heard the us acoustics are measured in running power and the jensens are measured in max.

Well, the real amount of power is called “rms” power. That’s the only amount of power that you have to wory about. “Peak” power is pretty much just a sales gimick.
As far as your question, jensen overrates their amps. So if the say 600 wats rms, it;s probablly closer to 300 watts rms.
US acoustics actually underrates their amps a bit. If it’s 600 watts rms, it’s probablly a bit more.
