So… This may just show my stupidity… But just a warning to everyone else. USE COTTER PINS on your suspension. So you dont end up with a grinded rotor, and effed up lower control arm… Ill post pics later

lol my brother was very adamant on the proper folding technique of a cotter pin. he detested seeing them folded to the side like wings
I was gonna post them tonight. I got it all fixed and squared away. Ball joint went out… And now im in for a new rotor. When i brake its like i have abs… Which i dont. pulsepulsepulse ill post pics once i get outa the hospital for insane bloody nose…

that sux man had my upper cotroll arm bolt come off on the highway in traffic around a turn almost hit the wall thank god that lil cover was on and the bolt was still there i braught it back to the midas that did ma brakes and i made them pay for the towing fees seing i had just picked up my car from them chancging out ma brakes and axles.
oh yeah Ive saddly witnessed what happends when you dont use cotter pins, My cuzins and i headed out to look at a da forsale and the dude had it sitting due to broken axel. We took off the wheel to get a better look and it was a sad look, grease was spattered and axel mangled. Went ahead to replace the axel and noticed the spindal wasnt even sitting on the A arm, the guy bolted everything with no cotter pins and the hub jumped out of the A arm twisting the axel. The A arm fell on the inner side of the rim, axel broke and tore the brake line.
glad to say the damage wasnt THAT bad… my rotors just beat up and pads messed up cause of it. the dust shield was probably the worst damage of it all. we ended up having to cut it off
so. to add to needing new rotors this week. someone at school thought itd be funny to put a roofing nail under my tire. guess what. it wasnt funny. on brand new kumho solus… somebodys bout to get hit. i <3 haters :wtf:
