ok i did a 94 gsr swap in a 93 rs and need help on so vaccum lind and where to hook them to.here is a pic of what i’m talking about this is not the motor is just a pic i got off yahoo.
i think its the map. not sure cuz i havent hooked up mines yet! lolz. ill be following this one too.
i dont care about the map, and the other plug do i need to use it, i need to know where all the lines goes on a gsr IM.
All you need is the map, pull those other 2 out, they are for the emisions control and im pretty sure has nothing to do with performance.:whisper:
Im pretty sure on a N/A motor there are only 2 vacuum prorts just need to go to the map and FPR.
the vacuum from the map goes into a vacuum port on the throttle body. the other 2 vacuum lines go to the charcoal canister. you can also use a throttle body that has a map sensor on it and extend the wiring. the charcoal canister can be removed also. be sure to keep though incase you have to pass emissions
