valve cover gaskets

Are vtec valve cover gaskets the same as non-vtec?

Theres only a honda dealer in my town…

No they’re not the same. You could try asking them to order you one.

I did that for my distributer cap, the honda dealer tacked on a service charge and so did the acura dealership, i got charged twice… so i cancelled the order and got a 93 accord cap

I know that a CRV Intake manifold gasket can be used on a B18B1
I don’t know if the valve covers are identical though

And are the B18a and the B18b1 valve cover gaskets identicals? 'cause the shape is different … (a CRV would be more like a B18B1?)
