Has anyone ever heard of Crespo Cams/Valve Springs ?? And what kind of valve springs do you guys recommend on a b16a2 nothing fancy but something stronger than stock ones.

why do you need to upgrade your valvesprings?? are you running aftermarket cams?
I plan on using crower 63401’s nothing to radical.
I don’t think you need upgraded valvesprings with Crower 401’s
but if I were you… I’d get a more powerful cam… no sense dong all that work, and spending all that money, for so little gains

Look into the Supertech Performance valvetrains. We use them in all our builds from street to full race setups. they have several spring rates to fit your needs.
A mistake that alot of racers do are put just whatever springs they get from the manufacturer. Do they tell you what the spring rate is for? Do they tell you how much lift it can handle? Do they have a selection that you can choose for a Street all motor setup vs a turbo setup boosting 40psi? All these factors matter. Don’t just pick a valvetrain combo because it looks good or its cheap. Choose it because you know what it can hold and the quality is good.
