On my B18a1 there is a little cap on the left side that says P20 on it. It is leaking oil out of the cap everytime I drive the car, the harder I drive the more it leaks. I just wondering what kind of damage this could cause if left untaken care of. Cause I plan on fixing it but I just bought the car and the guy before me didn’t know **** about the car, and probablly drove it that way for some time.
That must be the camshaft seal, or cam plug.

Replace it with an STR Cam Seal. You have to remove the valve cover and 1 cam bracket to replace it. Be sure to replace the valve cover and spark plug gaskets. You will have to use some permitex or hondabond also (but only on the corners of the outer most cam brackets)
make sure you use a torque wrench too!
