Has anybody in here tried putting the Venom 400 Control Module in their cars? And if you have will it mess up your engine and does it really give you that much more Horse power and torque?? What about the Venome Intake Manifolds…Are they good manifolds or would some other brand be a better bet for the most horsepower gains. Any Suggestions or information would be very useful…thanx… Peace Out…

I have a Venom 400 in my teg (92 GS, B18A). Don’t buy it brand new, definitely not worth it. I bought it used from one of the members on this board (swapped in a B16, so no need for it). Expect ur car to feel a bit more “peppier”. I noticed that I went through 1st and 2nd gear quicker than usual. Feels really good too. And u can tell the loss of power after u shut it off, so I don’t know. I wouldn’t spend more than $200.
I have one and you do feel it.

I’ve got a 91 ls with light mods. i/h/e, crower 402’s and skunk 2 cam gears. My friend let me borrow his venom 400 off of his 95 civic ex. I can’t get the damn thing to work. I figured it would work in my car as well because it just hooks up to the tps and map sensor. Tell me if i’m wrong. I have the orange wire hooked up to the white wire of the map sensor and the green wire hooked up to the blue/red wire of the tps. Everything else was a peace of cake to hook up. The indicator light just won’t light up with the venom 400 on. Can you guys tell me if the wires are hooked up correctly or if it’s even going to work on my car!!!
Hey dude, the venom for the civic, and the one for the integra are 2 different modules. I think ur problem is right there.
Hey if you want a Venom 400 I have one for sale.

this may sound like a dumb question, are these modules only for 5-spd tegs? if not, how much you askin for yours 92jdmgsr?
I am looking to get $200. As far as I know they do also work with the automatics, I know they work with 5spds
