Just picked up a 91 ls for a daily driver and besides little minor stuff here and there, it drives awesome.
Quesion is my A/C and heater isn’t working. The lights for the ac occasionally come on but no air is blowing from the vents.
I’m not getting any air from the vents when I put the switch on to FRESH either. Would a bad blower motor cause that or is there something else I should troubleshoot besides replacing the blower motor?

Everything I’ve read about not blowing is the blower motor, if its blowing but not hot air then its your thermostat… I believe anyway
What do you mean by the lights for the ac occasionally come on?
When I press the buttons, it sometimes doesn’t light up to indicate that it is on. I have to press on them a few times to get them to light on.
My geusse would be the blower motor. as for the lights, I geusse again and say a bad connection somewhere.
Just thought about it, and its also possible if you can hear the motor going that the connection under the glove box, the seal may have gone on it, and it just blows at the feet of the passenger
Swapped out the blower motor and resister this weekend. There’s A/C now but I did notice that the vent does stay open now regardless if I press the FRESH or RECIRC button. Do you guys think that the connection is messed up which will require some soldering?
