Viper Alarm owner?!

I, I just went to my local reseller of viper alarm, and wanna do some modification with their bitwriter, but he wasn’t able to access some function that I wanted to be changes… didn’t saw them in their bitwriter:( and at the end, wasn’t able to write anything in the alarm, he told me that I would be able to find some documentation on howto do it myself with the valet switch, I can reprogram my alarm with that (as he said…) anybody know how and have some doc on this?

its a 420ESP and I want that NPC out of that thing!! and also automatik door lock off and those 2 options… the guy didn’t saw them in his bitwriter… so I try to find another way…
