Friday April 1st 2011 @ Virginia International Raceway (9AM to 4PM)

For $25, you can drive your car on the track at VIR! Mind you, this is not a race, this is a single file line of cars lead by a Pace Car. This might not sound fun, but it actually is! The pace car moves pretty good, and you can have some pretty fun driving. Each session is about 20 min. on the track.
All you have to do is show up, and pay $25 to drive on the track. No helmet or roll cage required. Passengers are allowed as well.
For the Holiday laps in November, my friend and I went and we each bought one session, and rode on the other session. So we each got to be on track for two sessions while paying (and driving) for one.
I understand not everyone can take the day off, but if you can even take a couple hours, you will not be sorry! (unless you’re already a hardcore race car driver, but in that case why are you reading this?)
