Can anyone recommend a place in the Northern Virginia area to get these tests done since my tegs are modified?

He just did mine for me last week. Why do you need emissions done? VA doesn’t require emissions that I know of. I think your county does, now that I think about it. You should pass just fine, but I’m not sure. You’re stock, engine wise, right?
Yeah we did but I was hoping to get more options.

Yeah I’m not worried about emissions since I’m stock, but the thing about the one pieces and being lowered blah blah blah…
I’m used to FL where they don’t give a crap, and rightfully so.
like I said, though. Most places probably wouldn’t even notice the headlights. maybe in your area, they MIGHT be kind of picky.
I owed the guy a visit anyway, and it just so happens that he does inspections, so I figure knock out 2 birds with one stone

just take it to some random garage. most of them wont even bother to look at the lights. just dont take it to a dealership or like a pepboy like places.
