i sent a money order to this guy for $70 like 3 weeks ago (i believe it was october 31st) for a set of cleared out 90-91 tails, and its Nov. 12th. he says he hasn’t received it but i’m gonna go to the post office and ask for a trace of it, if its been cashed, he’s in trouble. i sent out a money order just 4 days before that to canada for my tein s-tech springs and i’ve already got the springs, they are going on sunday. also sent out money order to a guy in arizona for some tamiya clear orange paint, and he should receive money by monday. if this guy doesn’t respond soon i’m gonna take legal action cuz i dont take lightly to being ripped off. not saying he is ripping me off but its all seeming kind of fishy how he hasn’t received payment yet but a guy in canada already received his payment and i’ve already received the item. just a warning lsteg07, if i do this trace and its been cashed, there will be a problem.
i’m not trying to start trouble or anything, i understand things get lost in the mail but if its been cashed i’m getting to the bottom of it. and will take legal action.
has anyone else bought anything from him, i’ve noticed he hasn’t posted since october 31st. did anyone else buy stuff from him cuz i noticed he had a thread about trying to part out his car or something like that. did you have a positive experience with.
well i emailed him and asked for his phone number, i called him up last night and talked it out. i’m tracing the money order today, and gonna get a refund, since its likely that it was lost in the mail. and just resend it. he’s got a good trader rating so i’m a little relieved that i’m not getting ripped off. i’ll call him up tonite or tomorrow and let him know whats up with the money order. thanks dawminatrix.

situation is as good as resolved, he called me last night to tell me that the lights will be shipped thursday via fedex and will include a tracking number, so Marco, aka lsteg07, if you read this, i apologize for being somewhat rude. i’ll leave you some good “feedback” when i get the lights.
