Well i cant upload a pic off my phone but theres a water line that connects to the block above and to the rigt of the oil filter i just need to know where it goes motor is a b16a
sounds like it’s a small tube coming off the water tube? if so that runs up to the IACV…the tube thats on the driver side of the 2 on the IACV
If you are referring to the metal pipe then the part is called a Water Pipe. It connects to the block behind the water pump. The other end connects to what is called the thermostat case. The thermostat case is where the thermostat goes, then the thermostat cover goes over it and connects to the radiator hose. The water pipe has an O-ring on either end and I think its a dealer only part. Trust me on this, use the official Honda o-ring.
Here is a pic of the B18C, its pretty much the same. http://www.acuraautomotiveparts.org/acura/jsp/mws/prddisplay.jsp?inputstate=5&catcgry1=INTEGRA&catcgry2=2001&catcgry3=4DR+GS-R+(LEATHER)&catcgry4=KA5MT&catcgry5=WATER+PUMP+-+SENSOR+(2)&ListAll=All&vinsrch=no&systemcomp=List%20All&vinnoT=&trim=&trans=&view=normal
If you are referring to one of the rubber hoses then I’m not positive without seeing it. There are a few different setups for cooling lines between the B series and I am not familiar with the B16. It could either be for a heater hose or the IACV.
Currently you have your oil cooler hooked up incorrectly. The way you have it looped doesn’t allow any coolant to flow thru the oil cooler. You’ve just trapped air int the oil cooler - rendering it useless.
Here’s a diagram from acuraautomotiveparts.org and below you will find two photos from my engine.

edit i posted the same time Colin did and looks like he answered so i removed my input haha
Ah i see that makes more sense thanks guys
