Only got half of the new dual fan install complete. I forgot how difficult it was to install and how many mods I had to make to make it work. I bought some new trim pieces too to make it sit more flush considering it’s meant for a G3 radiator.
Today I have to run the engine and check for coolant leaks, bleed air pockets. New fans look great though. Pix soon.
I have not done much to her in the last few years other than new axles in March, and upper ball joint in April, and new axles in May. Currently it is my daily driver until I get the paint and exhaust done on the K swap DC. Planning to do some emergency rust repairs soon before winter sets in. Having a lot of rust starting on the bottom part of the quarter panels, where the factory under-coating has started to peel and allow water underneeth. Soon as we get some prolonged dry weather again im planning to strip the under-coating on both sides and spray them with Custom Shop epoxy primer to protect it this winter.
I’ve never heard of anyone reapplying the undercoating before!
Finished leak test of the cooling system. Just haven’t road-tested it. It’s probably fine though.
I also have a bunch of replacement LEDs and a new LED-compatible turn signal relay to prefer hyper flashing that I need to install. So many projects so little time. Sigh.

Not re-applying undercoating. Rather im stripping it and spraying epoxy primer.
