Weight Distribution questions

On G2ic Integra Specs Chart, they said the weight distribution front/Rear is 62/38.

How would I be able to archive a weight distribution of 60/40 or even 55/45 and if possible 50/50??

The simple answer would be: add weight in rear, take some off front

Take into considaration I have a B18A/B

Thanks

Remove air conditioning
remove windshield washer reservoir
Relocate battery to trunk
If your really interested move radiator to the back

Remember this will give you less traction from a dead stop

I’m not really sure about the 50/50 of distribution like you said but if I could make it close to 55/45 with a B-Series engine, I may be able to have like 58-59/42-41 of distribution with the H-Serie.

Any good number for this? For reference.

Thanks a lot!

CF hood, JDM bumper support, JDM headlights (since it’s made out of plastic and without the metal bracing).

Has anyone actually done a radiator relocation? pics?

Hey,

I pretty much doubt that anyone has relocated there radiator. On our cars its relatively small. Especially if you go for the civic? half size radiator. It just would be a bad idea on the street. I guess you could go for a dry sump oil system and put the tank in the back…but why? For the street its just not worth it.

BTW…In my previous post I never meant that what I recommended would give you a 50/50 weight distribution. It was just a few recommendations. Did I say remove abs? Its a lot heavier than most members admit here.

If you want a 50/50 weight distrobution buy an rx7 or put a load of bricks in the trunk:ok:

I love Rx7 :stuck_out_tongue: but I love DA too. I don’t want to have a 50/50. Maybe a 60/40 or a 55/45 if it’s possible. I want to have a great balance with the car. Even with a H22 in it

Thanks
