weird/annoying problems with dash lights

hey guys i have a 92 rs 4dr and about an year ago i did the led cluster conversion with blue and white led’s for the cluster and the climate control lights. i followed the instructions that i found on this forum and for the first 4 months or so they worked great and i was happy. after a while one of the climate leds started to blink randomly and then stopped;. then after a week one of the cluster leds started to blink randomly also. today all the climate lights and half of the cluster leds blink randomly! it is annoying cuz every time i have people in my car they are like “dude why are your lights flashing im about to get a seizure”. you get the point its annoying and distracting. i bought the bulbs from superbrightled.com btw and they look of decent quality.

Then today i had nothing to do so i took the whole dash apart to see if the bulbs are not sitting in there snug. but they all are. i pulled them out so many times and then put them back in and the same thing happens. the 2 climate ones are in their socket perfectly and they still blink. im thinking something with the wire harness. i also cleaned the contacts on the bulbs and on the back of the gauge cluster and still the same problem. the weirdest poblem is that if i dim the dash lights from the dimmer to a certain level most of them stop blinking. but if i turn it up all the way, it is like a lights show. then i wanted to see if its the bulbs so i connected them straight to the battery and they all work perfectly that way. i am baffled

I have searched many times with no luck so im hoping someone can help me. thanks guys

Cheap bulbs, [LEDs] because you can get them to stop blinking when you dim the dash light or connect individual bulbs directly to the batt. indicates a problem in the bulb circuit and not a wiring issue.94

oh ok so where do you think i can get good quality led bulbs that wont crap out on me after a while?

Sorry, I have no idea, but I would look for brand name products, [if available] GE, Sylvania, Oshram and so on. 94
