So when I turn on my high beams, my temp guage starts rising slowly, and when I use my turn signals the temperature also moves whenever the turn signals light up on the guage cluster. I traced most of the wires in the engine bay thinking it my by some crossed or melted wires. Nothing. So this goes to this, is it possible for the guage cluster itself to short out and cross circuits. Previous owner had all the fuses at higher rating than stock which lead me to believe this was the case? Input anyone?
Normally when one circuit has an effect on another circuit it is a grounding problem both the high beam and signal lights have indicators in the cluster where the temp gauge is, I would check grounds.94
Found the problem, Circuit on the back of the gauge cluster was burnt out on some areas…
