When I start my car, it squeaks really loud, like a bad fan belt or something, then it goes away. Also, it occasionally does this when i turn it off. :think: I dont really want to take it in and have them tell me what it is…I’d just rather fix it myself if I could
Feel the sides of your A/C, PS, and Alt belts and see if any of them feel really hard and smooth and slippery. Probably your culprit. Replace the belt and make sure it’s got the correct tension on it.
