no I didnt sell her, My wife and I bought our first home in roseville 3bd/2bth 1226sq ft 2 car garage … err my new man cave:) Biggest Purchase ive ever made.

Enron gets her own garage now. For the past 2 years we’ve live in a condo. ive had a garage but no driveway and the rules stated both cars had to be in the garage. Not any more. My car can go right in the middle, my wifes in our driveway:) Here are some pics of the home when it was staged last month for sale. We got the keys tuesday and my wife and I are moving in tomorrow:D

Once my garage is up to my standards ill be towing my car there in a few days:)

Almost exactly the specs of my house (mines 1190sqft). What does something like that cost now in your area?

Colin is right, awesome time to get in on ownership.

I bought 4.5 years ago and I’m about 50k up-side down on my mortgage. Bright side is my payment is still less than what it’d cost to rent an equivalent.

Colin- thank you yea shannon and I were excited when we found out our credit score was higher than we expected. It helped us get a good interest rate.

right now in roseville it seems like houses this size are going from 180-220k depending ofcourse on the upgrades and if its a shortsale or active.

hey steve hola:) umm not sure yet, just transported enron last night. We got boxes everywhere. id say sometime in March:) Ill let everyone know. dang 2 houses looking for a 3rd. nice man sounds like you 2 got some investments.

nice house ryan. that in the older part of roseville near cirby? we bought in citrus heights last june. good time to buy. the garage will be nice to have too…crazy seeing everyone posting in here…
