A real deal ITR head is very hard to find. You’re prob. better off getting a B16 head and porting it since the ITR head is basicly that.
The ITR head is a PR3 (same a B16A & B17A) head with larger intake valves, mild port work, different lost motion assemblies, and stiffer dual valve springs on both intake and exhaust side. The best place to find a used ITR head would be http://www.thepartstrader.com. But be careful, there are a lot of rip off artists roaming around there.
You can get a B16 or B17 PR3 head, have it ported and polished, maybe put in some Fererra valves, and either ITR or other stiffer valvesprings and you would have a head better than the ITR head. I hope this helps.
