what do i need to make it fit ??

the front of my integra is pretty banged up it’s a 93 ls
after searching for the parts for a while i found a really good deal
a guy has a 90 integra with a blown motor that he is parting out
i need the fenders the hood and the front bumper
my questions about this are

what extra pieces do i need to mount a bumper from a 90 on a 93 ? (i know the bumpers are diffrent) i’m sure it’s just some of the mounting hardware just which pieces

will my jdm headlights still fit ?
(pretty sure they will)

your headlights should fit regardless… as far as i know, all you would need are the bumper brackets off of the 90-91.

Fenders, hood and headlights will fit w/o any modifications or additional parts.

Bumper mounting options:

  1. All 90-91
  • 90-91 Bumper support brackets
  • 90-91 Bumper support
  • 90-91 Bumper foam insert
  • 90-91 Bumper cover
  1. Mix ‘n’ Match
  • 92-93 Bumper support brackets
  • 92-93 Bumper support
  • 92-93 Bumper foam insert - Modified (trim it to fit)
  • 90-91 Bumper cover

I’d opt for option #1 as trimming that foam can be a pain. The cover, support and foam all come off in one piece so just ask the guy for the bumper and take that whole assembly. Then ask if he’ll throw in the brackets for free, or offer him a couple bucks for them. If he starts to question the fact that you’re getting the support w/ the cover then you can quibble over the details. Or just specify from the beginning that you need ALL of the parts.

yeah he’s giving me all the parts for 150$ so i figure it’s a fair deal the bumper even has the fiberglass lip
the parts i’m getting are maroon gonna put them on and post pics i’m not 100% sure if i’m gonna primer them or leave them maroon it depends on how bad it clashes with my already red paint

i forgot too add not sure if it makes a diffrence
the car that i am getting the parts from is a 4 door teg mine is a 2 door but i’ve heard the front clips are exactly the same

so you know. i have headlights from a 91gs that i put on a 92 gsr shell and the bottom mounting brackets are different. so theyre only held up from the top.

You should be able to just change the mounting brackets from the stock lights…

fenders and hood are a non-issue.

Bumper is interesting, when I did my 93 front end I had to drill out all the screws holding the bumper to the support as they were all toast, and use my '90 bumper support with the '93 bumper - the '93 is too thin or something, it wouldn’t reach and the holes seemed different when I did it…

I didn’t use the foam and it didn’t appear to make a difference in how it sits - not sure how much the foam protects anyways…
