What does this connect to?

I have a 91 integra GS B18A1. What the hell does this connect to? Its a port on the intake right above the iacv. Heres pic links. http://tinypic.com/r/2l8btcm/7 and http://tinypic.com/r/2pqm2dz/7

its hard to tell by your pictures but if that is a 10mm bolt, it is where the factory vaccuum lines were bolted to.

I’m talking about the vacuum port that the arrow points to. It’s sucking air in and if i plug it, it trips the iacv and makes the idle surge. So I’m trying to figure out what that vacuum port should be connected to. I checked the vacuum diagram and it doesnt show anything going to it. I have a 91 RS, On my intake manifold it is smooth where yours has a port, there is a molded cone, but there is no opening (close to that location

Hmm… Well I plugged it and noticed another vacuum hose was unhooked from a solenoid on the firewall so connected that back up and now it idles like it should. Thanks for the input guys.
