What head do i have? Gsr or b16

So i bought a head from a guy he told me it was a b16 head with gsr cams. But on the head it has “p-72” stamped on it ik that will tell you what head it is when i looked it up it said gsr not b16

All of those should be some what helpful in identifying the head. From what I’ve read, it’s a GSR. I’m not a Honda master by any means though.
