what kind of pistons do you guys reccomend for b16a? ctr or itr?

going to rebuild my shot b16a… would like to know which pistons would give me the most power on pump gas… i did a search but dint really answer my questions, i would like to hear opinoins… thanks in advance…

try posting this in the hybrid forum. most people are going to tell you to do a search, so instead i’m telling you to go to the hybrid forum and look around.

Looks like the PCT piston would be best, but you need to get the rods modified for that to work. If you don’t want to do that, get the P30.

Anything other than B16A (PR3/P30) or CTR (PCT) pistons will lower compression in a B16A motor.
