What parts need to be added to hold say....16PSI of boost?

i know like 9:1 pistons, rods, rod bolts, new bearings, block gaurd, girdle, what else? or is like 16 lbs too much for a honda?
i just see my turbo set up coming along and why spend like a lil over 3K for a kit when you cant use it to its optimum or high potential, that just wastes a turbo setup, i wanna utilize it to a good amount, thanks
