What would you do?

i have about 3500$ and i am looking to do any of the following
a) turbo my ls
b) do a b18c swap
c) ls vtec
d) save up for gs-r in spring time
i am wondering which of those would be the biggest bang for the buck. i dont know much about turbos so i dont think that would be very easy for me. how much would i be looking at total cost wise if i wanted to re-do the bottom end while doing a ls-vtec?
if u can think of any more options, i am open to suggestions.

I would do a B18C swap, you can have a good daily driver. even though you would get great power from a turbo.
