So it SEEMS like im getting alot of wheel hop in the right front. mainly when the steering wheel is to the right any amount. could the spw coilover sleeve thingys i got have inconsistent spring rates? could the alignment have gotten thrown off(Caster)?
Do you have an LSD? Also, what suspension do you have on the car?
It could be that you caster is off slightly. by you turning the wheel, the tire is fully on the ground getting on the traction. Take a look at that, and then try a couple of things…
What it sounds like it could be is two different things. A) if you have adjustable spring rating coilovers, i.e- rebound adjustable, then you might have one stiffer then the other, being that you have an LSD. B) If your coilovers are a standard set srping rate, then you might have too stiff of a spring rate.
If you have an LSD, what you should try, and if you have the rebound adjustable coilovers is to adjust the rear suspension as stiff as it will go, then in the front make it as soft as it wil go. try launching it like that and see what happens. The way when you launch, the ass end won’t swquat as much as it did previously, making it wheel hope.
Traction Bar???
