Wheel & Tire Fitment

Have a 92 DA sitting on stock suspension, will probably keep it on stock for now. Thinking about running 15" with 205/50 but don’t know what width or offset to go with, if offset is even needed. Any and all recommendations are appreciated. TIA

I’m running a Circuit Performance CP23 16x7 Gloss Gun Metal 4x100 [+35mm] no fitment issue .

This post/thread has some good info:

I’ve used those sites a bunch of times to get some visuals. You just have to be careful how much you’re lowered and how much camber correction you’re going to have (if you end up doing that in the future).

I’ll check those out! Thanks!

Thank you for the info!

Did you have something in mind already @RandomUsername ?

@NFULFX If I couldn’t find anything on Fitment industries website, I was just going to find some Fat Fives honestly but if it’s ok to post links here, I can post what I’m currently looking at.

I’ve looked at Fitment industries too. I wanted some low offset wheels because I love the deep dish look. I haven’t been there in a while though. I don’t prevent links from being posted here so feel free.

I couldn’t find a wheel style I wanted in 15” so I’m going with these 16” instead

I don’t know how they’ll fit or if they’ll fit on the car how it sits now. I’m not sure how to read the fitment info on the links you sent previously.

205/50/15 is a standard size for 15’s but I think a 50 size sidewall on 16’s might be too large of a diameter. Someone smarter than me should confirm that though.

There’s always the “trusty” Rota Grid in 15x7 or 15x8 if you want to stay 15”.

For 16s, I recommend 205/45.

I run 16x8 +35 with 205/45.

But if you choose those wheels with +20 offset, 195/45 might be a safer choice, because 205s might rub if you are low enough..

Thank you to everyone who helped or gave me some input. I ended up going with 15x8 MST Time Attack wheels with 205/50 Nitto Neo Gen tires. Going to be lowering her soon.

What were the offset on those?

+35. Still at stock height but it’s doesn’t interfere with any suspension parts even when I turn the steering wheel all the way and it clears the calipers.

I do believe with a 15x8 I should have gone for +28 but it ended up working out anyways

By the way, did you upload that photo with your phone or computer?

How do you change your username on here?

My son is looking into these style wheels. Which brand/model are the ones you’re rocking?
