those are braided style steel hose. Those could just be covers. I know places like Advanced/Autozone do sell those hoses in a variety pack of sizes near the 350 / SBC area of parts and stuff

IMO nice OEM pieces look a million times better, or maybe some aftermarket silicone ones. Those kits that go over your OEM hoses look really shitty in person.
