I ordered an HID kit but realized it was the one that fit into the regular '92 integra headlights. I had mine retrofitted. I don’t want to piss off oncoming traffic. So I was hoping someone would help me find this HID kit. Thank you for your help.
The bulb in your picture is a D2S bulb. Any oem D2S/D2R ballast would fit those bulbs fine or you can use any aftermarket ballast as long as you have the D2S adaptors/ignitors. I personally would recommend just finding a used set of oem D2S/D2R ballasts (IE: Matsushita, Denso, Hella, Etc). They are much higher quality than any ebay HID kit.
EDIT: After rereading your post I’m confused, are you looking for those specific ballasts or bulbs? That looks a lot like an oem Hella ballast found in BMWs and Mercedes. Its probably an oem bulb too…

Sorry for the confusion. I’m looking for that ignitor. Will I be able to use the ballast shown in this attachment and use an adapter for that red ignitor? I asked my brother and he said it’s from an Audi A6. I already have the bulbs. I’m just trying to figure out what and where I can get the ballast and ignitor, or if I can flip wires from the old ballast to the new ballast.
EDIT: I just pulled off the tape and it is indeed a Hella ballast.
I just realized there is an adapter for the amp to d2s. However, I looked at the ballast and realized a difference. The “I in max” on the Hella ballast says 20A. This aftermarket one says 10A. Will that make a huge difference?
I’m confused. You have one hella ballast and one aftermarket ballast? Your aftermarket ballast(s) has a D2S adapter but no ignitor? You will definately need an ignitor, no matter what ballast you use. Most oem ballasts just have the ignitors built into the bulb connector. Does the Hella ballast not work? Why not use the hella ballast and buy one more to make a pair? You can find the ballasts on EBAY all the time, even if you have to buy the damaged headlight to get it.
If you use an aftermarket ballast on one side, and an oem ballast on the other side you probably wouldn’t notice any variation in color between the two bulbs. If your aftermarket ballast is crap though, you may have issues with that side being slightly dimmer or flickering. I think thats what you were asking?

Both Hella ballasts don’t work anymore. I made mistake on not researching what ballasts I needed. I ended up with a pair of aftermarket ballasts. I’ll need the amp to d2s adapters.
I’d check ebay or the hidplanet fs forum.
I plan to get the amp-to-d2s adapter and compare the light output to those of the oem ballasts. My main concern is visibility at night. If it helps me see well then I’ll keep it, if not then I’ll check ebay and get oems. Thanks for your input. I’ll probably put up pics later.
