Which Ebay header?

I’ve been looking at posts from here, HT, TI, CI, and a few different links to other forums I forget the names of but I can never clearly tell if the motor they’re puttin in is the high comp or the low comp nor if the car it’s being put into is the OBD-0 or the OBD-1 shell. I can’t tell if I’ll have problems using my stock DA header or not with the swap and I’m not sure what aftermarket header are going to give me fitment issues as well. I want to order a header, but I need to get it right the first time. My car has been down quite long enough and I’m at wits end over the lack of clarity in information.

I’m putting a 99-01 spec B20 from a CRV into my 92 HB Integra, which headers aren’t going to be a headache? I know, I get what I pay for.

Best Ebay header = none

Try the hyend reps or hytech. They both follow the long tube design.

The eBay tri-y headers perform awesomely, for the price.

Granted they may be more prone to welds cracking due to less quality craftsmanship compared to say, a genuine Hytech… But you can also buy four or five of the eBay units before you’d be at the price of the Hytech.

The issue you’re going to have is the factory front crossmember. 4-1 headers don’t clear the crossmember without cutting (notching) it.

The solution is either:
Cut it.
Stick with a 4-2-1 header that is designed specifically for a 2nd Gen Integra.
Replace the stock crossmember with an aftermarket traction bar from FullRace/Innovative/ESP/etc, which will allow you to run virtually any header you can thing of.

Hytech came up with two websites when I googled it, can you provide a link?

The issue is that I’m trying to build my car up ASAP due to home life issues and I’m trying to get everything so it will last through, at the very least, two years of college. It would cost the same amount to go with stock size as it would going with 2 1/2 inch. A stock size and be pointless IMO but the 2 1/2 would sound like shit without a header so I gotta find a cost effective solution that fits the bill.

Look up PLM headers , keep in mind most of their headers will require slim fans and/or notching the front crossmember

Also these long tube design headers have four tubes that go under the gsr oil pan not our ls. I had to carefully bend my pan with a hammer to clear the headers. Not by much just a bit.

This is the same I have on a stock ls and it makes all the difference in the world.
Look for something with this same long tube design that come down without crossing .

toda replica header hands down
