do i need the ingals kit -3/4 - 1 degree or 1.25 - 3 degree

I’m lowered on Neuspeed 2.25" race springs and have Tokico Illumina 5-way adjustables on 205/50/15 tires
I know I might need to get a reading from a mechanic or something to figure out exactly how much negative camber I have, but I figure it’s worth a shot to post it up on here
