white smoke

When driving my car, above 4500 rpms(when I punch it) some white smoke comes puffin out. I look on my bumper when I get home after a drive and there are some black splatters on there.

Now here is my question- what is wrong with it? I have heard it maybe the valve seals, and if it is, will they be hard to replace?

Thanks you any input is great.
:burnout:

white smokee is coolant being burned. If it was ur valve seals you would be burning oil.

maybe your head gasket.

Thanks, I’ll check again. I want to make sure what the problem is.

If it is oil, how hard would it be to replace them?

Thank you.

If it’s oil you burn blue smoke.

valve seals, you need an in car valve spring compressor, an air compressor with a spark plug adapter on the end.

You need to pull the cams out, valve springs, then you can access the valve seals.

How much would it be for a shop to do it?
and how much is a set usually?

Thanks.:D:up:
