Who is doing it? We bought an oil-less fryer. Supposed to be the same thing but who knows. Any recipes for it? I’ve only ever baked one.

Don’t need to…half the DFACs did the big one at lunch, the other half are doing it in a few hours for dinner. Why ask for seconds when you can just get a whole second meal? 
Wow it turned out awesome. Really fast, too. It was a small bird (11lbs) but was as moist as if it was fried in oil! If any of you are ever on the fence for buying a big easy oilless fryer, you should just get it!
Didn’t look it up, but how/what is it fried in if it’s sans oil?
