Why would my car be lower on one side?

This is driving me ape sh*t. The drivers side sits about 1.5" or so lower than the passenger side. Before I lowered it, I noticed the passenger side front was higher than the drivers. Now lowered 2.5", it is very noticable and looks like crap. Why would it be off like that lowered or not? Any help would be appreciated.

1.5" is a lot of difference… maybe your frame is bent? has your car ever been in an accident? i think everyone’s car is a little offset when comparing both sides, but not such a dramatic difference like that… my car sits a little lower on the driver side, too.

Not that I know of…

I ran a carfax report and it came back clean. So I have no idea. More fodder for the “sell the beater and try another G2” idea floating in my head.

hi guy tech dad here was your suspension on pass side loosened when up in the air and retorqued? this is seen often on suspension problems if this is your. problem fix is raise car on pass side (wheels supporting car) use ramps on right side only loosening lower table bolts at sub frame+shock fork bounce suspension+retorque bolts to spec’s if problem is still there raise lleft side wheels off ground (suspension hanging+loosen bolts+retorque after) this should solve problem if not you may have damage to suspension get alingment checked at dealer they know your car the best problem often seen is bushings are supporting car through torque twist

sorry another quick question was car driver by any one “BIG” remember this car is designed for asian sized drivers 5’5"-5’9" around 145-160 lbs i know every thing is supose to be big in texas and am just asking??? a little ribbing is good on the B.B.Q also:p :stuck_out_tongue: :stuck_out_tongue: :stuck_out_tongue: :stuck_out_tongue:

could be that your springs are not all the same height?.. or they are not seated properly in the base of the strut…

just a thought, you could have mixxed up the springs. for example, the two for the back are bigger than the ones in front. hey, it could happen.

what springs/shocks?

Thanks guys…

Glad someone is out there listening. Here goes. Springs are Sprint 2.5" on Tokicio Blue shocks. The previous owner was my size, but who knows about before that. The car also sat unlevel before I lowered it. Twin54, when we lowered it, I jacked up one side at a time to put in the shocks and struts. I think I got the springs right, because the rear is sitting level. I’ll look at them though. Thanks for the input.

are you riding on coilovers? if so are they adjested to the same height? I had that problem
